Read MoreCentered Sunset, Lake Sam Rayburn TX We love our beach at Lake Sam Rayburn! For me it's so much fun standing in the shallow waters looking around for different compositions to try out while the dogs run around and Nini relaxes on the beach towel reading. Even if the sunset is a bust, or I fail to find a good composition, just being there is awesome. CreativeLIVE is live and free all day today with a workshop from Kevin Kubota entitled "Lightweight Location Lighting." Check it out at www.creativeLIVE.com/live It's HELP-PORTRAIT time again! Help Portrait is a global community of photographers that set aside one day to make portraits for people in need. This year it will be December 8. Right now we're in fundraising mode. If you'd like to donate $10.00 through "this groupon page your $10.00 will be matched by WACOM. If you just want to get involved head over to www.help-portrait.com I participated in Help Portrait last year in Columbia MO and it was a very inspiring experience. I highly recommend you join a local group or start one if there isn't one in your area. I for one will be calling the portrait studios here in Nacogdoches to get some volunteers and a volunteer studio space. Today is Husker day, GO BIG RED! Critiques always welcome.
